Introducing the eyelash and eyebrow dye from Permanent Lash&Brow. Combined with the oxidant 3%, Permanent Lash&Brow easily handles any type of eyebrows and covers up failed permanent makeup.
Lasts 5-7 days on skin, 3-4 weeks on hair.
When applying and washing off the paint, it should be taken into account that the skin tints very quickly. Therefore, it is not recommended to go beyond the limits of the sketch of the eyebrow form!
Before applying, scrub the skin of the eyebrows and degrease them.
Light brown 01 (Light brown) - is the lightest, warm color, suitable for people with fair skin.
Dark brown 02 (Dark brown) - Is a dark, cool brown. Suitable for brunettes and gray hair.
Black 03 (Black) - This is a color that we do not use in its pure form for eyebrow tinting. When mixed with another dye color, it is excellent for helping to darken or cool the color. It is suitable for coloring eyelashes.
