Carbon brightening powder for eyebrows

Directions for use

Light Brightening Technique: eyebrow hair lightening to 1-2 levels of color (without eyebrow coloring)

1. Mix ELAN professional line charcoal eyebrow brightening powder with ELAN professional line 3% ТМ oxidizing emulsion in a ratio of 1:3 (one part powder and three parts oxidizing emulsion).
2. In the first step of the treatment, apply the bleaching mixture to the hair.
3. In the second step - spread the whitening mixture on the eyebrows with a makeup brush.
4. Leave on for 1-3 minutes depending on the desired eyebrow shade and hair thickness.
5. If the hair shade is desired, remove the bleaching mixture with a cotton swab moistened with water.
6. Repeat the procedure to lighten the shade of the eyebrows.
7. Apply the cleansing detoxifying foam ELAN professional line on the eyebrows to stop the chemical reaction.
8. Then remove the foam with a cotton swab moistened with water.
9. It is recommended to use "COLOUR FIX" as a maintenance treatment after the eyebrow lightening procedure.

INTENSIVE Technique: brightening of eyebrow hairs up to 3-5 levels of color

1. Mix carbon whitening powder for eyebrows ELAN professional line with oxidizing emulsion 3% ТМ ELAN professional line in a ratio of 1:2 (one part powder and two parts oxidizing emulsion).
2. In the first step of the treatment, apply the bleaching mixture to the hair.
3. In the second step - spread the whitening mixture on the eyebrows with a makeup brush.
4. Leave on for 5-15 minutes, depending on the desired shade of the eyebrows and the thickness of the hairs.
5. If the hair shade is desired, remove the bleaching mixture with a cotton swab moistened with water.
6. Repeat the procedure to lighten the shade of the eyebrows.
7. Apply ELAN detoxifying cleansing foam to the eyebrows to stop the chemical reaction.
8. Then remove the foam with a cotton swab moistened with water. It is recommended to use ELAN COLOUR FIX color fixing liquid with keratin and sunflower oil as a care treatment after the eyebrow lightening procedure.
9. To increase the intensity of the color of the eyebrows after the bleaching procedure, use "Gel eyebrow dye "ÉLAN" with oxidant" 03 medium brown by ТМ ELAN professional line according to the instructions:

• Mix gel paint, oxidizer and argan oil cream by TM ELAN professional line in a ratio of 1:1:4 (one part gel paint, one part oxidizer and four parts argan oil cream).
• Apply the tinting mixture to the eyebrows and leave for 1-2 minutes.
• Then completely remove the tint with a cotton swab moistened with water.
• Use "ELAN professional line COLOUR FIX: eyebrow and eyelash color fixing liquid with keratin and sunflower oil" to stop the chemical reaction.
