Ultramarine brightening powder for eyebrows NEW FORMULA

Directions for use

LIGHT Technology: eyebrow hair lightening to 1-2 levels of color (without eyebrow coloring)

1. Mix the "NEW FORMULA Ultramarine Eyebrow Brightening Powder" with the professional line ТМ ÉLAN Oxidizing Emulsion 3% in a ratio of 1:3 (one part powder and three parts oxidizing emulsion).
2. The first step in the treatment is to apply the bleaching mixture to the hair.
3. In the second step - use a makeup brush to spread the brightening mixture on the eyebrows.
4. Leave on for 1-3 minutes, depending on the desired eyebrow shade and hair thickness.
5. If the desired shade is already there, remove the brightening mixture with a cotton swab moistened with water.
6. Do it again to lighten the shade of the eyebrows.
7. Apply "ELAN professional line Purifying detoxifying mousse for eyebrows and eyelashes with antibacterial action" to stop the chemical reaction.
8. Then remove the foam with a cotton swab moistened with water.
9. It is strongly recommended to use "ELAN professional line COLOR FIX: color fixing liquid for eyebrows and eyelashes with keratin and sunflower oil" as a no-rinse conditioning treatment after eyebrow lightening treatment.

INTENSE Technology: brightening of eyebrow hairs up to 3-5 levels of color

1. Mix the "NEW FORMULA Ultramarine Brightening Eyebrow Powder" of the ТМ ÉLAN professional line with the 3% oxidizing emulsion of the ТМ ELAN professional line in a ratio of 1:2 (one part powder and two parts oxidizing emulsion).
2. The first step in the treatment is to apply the bleaching mixture to the hair.
3. In the second step - use a makeup brush to spread the brightening mixture on the eyebrows.
4. Leave on for 5-15 minutes, depending on the desired eyebrow shade and hair thickness.
5. If the desired hair shade is already there, remove the bleaching mixture with a cotton swab dampened with water.
6. Do it again to lighten the shade of the eyebrows.
7. Apply "ELAN professional line Purifying detoxifying mousse for eyebrows and eyelashes with antibacterial action" to stop the chemical reaction.
8. Then remove the foam with a cotton swab moistened with water.
9. It is strongly recommended to use "ELAN professional line COLOR FIX: color fixing liquid for eyebrows and eyelashes with keratin and sunflower oil" as a no-rinse conditioning treatment after eyebrow lightening treatment.

To increase the intensity of the color of the eyebrows after the bleaching procedure, use "Gel eyebrow dye "ÉLAN" with oxidizer" 03 medium brown by ТМ ELAN professional line according to the instructions:

• Mix gel dye, oxidizer and argan oil cream from TM ELAN professional line in a ratio of 1:1:4 (one part gel dye, one part oxidizer and four parts argan oil cream).
• Apply the coloring mixture to the eyebrows and leave it for 1-2 minutes.
• Then completely remove the tint with a cotton swab dampened with water.
• Use "ELAN professional line COLOR FIX: color fixing liquid for eyebrows and eyelashes with keratin and sunflower oil" to stop the chemical reaction.

NOTE! It is not recommended to perform traditional eyebrow coloring after eyebrow bleaching treatment. If you use eyebrow dye and oxidant in a 1:1 ratio, the hairs on your eyebrows will turn black!
